Cop Killer’s


Patrolman Jeffrey Manning Phegley was shot and killed in the line of duty on January 21, 1987, while performing a routine traffic stop. He was a Police Office for the Village of Morrow inWarren County, Ohio. Jeff was 22 years old.

A jury convicted Anthony Wayne McIntosh of the murder on August 18, 1987. He was sentence to 15 years to life with an Additional 3 years for using a gun during the commission of his crime.

Sergeant Brian Dulle was struck and killed by a suspect’s vehicle while deploying stop sticks at the intersection of U.S. 42 and Utica Road.

In October 2011 Sergeant Dulle’s killer, Marcus Isreal was convicted of murder and seven other charges in connection with the incident.
